You only pay for the lessons you actually receive – there are no additional costs during holidays or in the event of cancellation.

If I'm unable to attend, I'll try to arrange a replacement or offer you an alternative date if possible. In exceptional cases, this may not be possible, but I always try to arrange this in advance.

As a general rule, missed lessons are not billed. So, if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you won't be charged. Please understand that I have to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel at short notice.
